- Payment and Refunds
- Payment Timing: Payment by wire transfer or credit card is due in full before the engagement begins.
- Payment Methods: All payments for services must be made through our website or direct wire for consulting engagements. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the checkout process.
- Refund Policy: A full refund is available within 14 days after purchase for online courses. After the refund period has lapsed, you have retained our services for the term of the project and we've committed our resources to you; therefore, refunds will not be possible.
